Intro Plus - CO

Rawhyde has been delivering adventure motorcycle training for more than 15 years, and during that time two consistent themes have shaped the development of Intro Plus here in Colorado.

First, many riders simply do not have the opportunity to practice what they learned after completing an introductory training course. Life, distance, and limited riding opportunities often mean weeks or months pass before they are back on the bike in meaningful terrain.

Second, through feedback, surveys, and countless conversations, we have heard the same request time and again. Riders want a refresher that reinforces core skills while also adding something more. Not a repeat of the same class, but a chance to rebuild confidence and continue progressing.

When a rider completes Intro to Adventure, they leave with a strong foundation and a well-stocked toolbox of techniques for riding in the backcountry. Confidence is high and skills are sharp. But without continued use, those skills can fade. Like anything that goes unused, perishable riding skills dull over time. Adventure riding is very much a “use it or lose it” discipline.

Intro Plus was created to solve that problem. This Colorado-based program combines a thorough refresher of the Intro to Adventure curriculum with the addition of new skill development exercises designed to push riders a bit further. The focus is on reinforcing fundamentals, improving consistency, and expanding capability in terrain that reflects real-world adventure riding.

Set against the backdrop of Colorado’s varied high country terrain, Intro Plus gives riders the repetition, context, and progression needed to turn learned techniques into instinctive habits. The result is renewed confidence, sharper skills, and better preparation for longer rides, tours, and future adventures beyond the classroom.

Payment Policy
A $500 deposit is required to secure your booking for any event scheduled more than 14 days in advance. For bookings made within 14 days of the event, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

By placing a deposit, you authorize Rawhyde Adventures to automatically charge the remaining balance to the same card on file 14 days prior to your scheduled event. No additional action is required on your part. If you prefer to use a different payment method, you must contact us prior to the 14-day cutoff.
