This is a 17 day adventure that delivers a true immersion into South America’s most dramatic landscapes. Best of Argentina, Bolivia, and Chile is a 2,000 mile journey through three distinctly different countries, all connected by one extraordinary geologic force: the Andes Mountains.

The Andes are the most influential mountain range on Earth, shaping climate, geography, and culture across an entire continent. They create two of the planet’s most extreme environments. To the east lies the Amazon basin and its dense jungle. To the west sits the Atacama Desert, the driest place on Earth. The largest river system on the planet and the most arid desert on the planet both exist because of this remarkable mountain chain.

This tour takes you directly through that contrast. The route begins in the lush regions near Salta, Argentina and climbs steadily into the high Andes, reaching the highest dirt road mountain pass on the continent at more than 16,500 feet. From there, the journey continues west into the stark beauty of the Atacama Desert, where the landscape feels almost otherworldly.

Along the way, riders experience some of the most iconic and unforgettable roads in South America. You will ride Bolivia’s infamous Death Road, traverse the vast and surreal Uyuni Salt Flats, and spend a night in a hotel built entirely of salt. The experience also includes riding Argentina’s legendary Ruta 40, often called the mother road of the country, a route that parallels the Andes for thousands of miles and defines adventure riding in Argentina.

This journey is as rich culturally as it is visually. You will drink coffee made from beans grown at the highest coffee plantation on Earth, stay in exceptional accommodations along the route, and experience the people, flavors, and rhythms of three remarkable countries.
